CPHL Tryouts

Cougar Club Hockey is a proud member of the Colorado Prep Hockey League, CPHL, & the Northwest Amateur Hockey League, NWAHL. We currently ice two teams, Tier 1 Varsity that plays an U18AA schedule & Tier 2 Junior Varsity that plays a U16A competitive schedule. The Cougar Club Hockey season begins on August 15, 2026 for the 1st day of tryouts and concludes the 3rd week in March 2027 with playoffs.

The 2026-27 season will begin with tryouts on Saturday, August 15th at the Ice Haus. Full tryout schedule listed below.

• Tryout Day 1 - Saturday, August 15th - Ice Haus
• Session 1 - 1:45pm - 3:15pm
• Session 2 - 3:30pm - 5:00pm
• Tryout Day 2 - Sunday, August 16th - Ice Haus
• 10:45am - 11:45am
• Tryout Day 3 - Monday, August 17th - RCS Weight Room
• 6:00pm - 7:30pm - Varsity standard testing
• Tryout Day 4 - Tuesday, August 18th - Ice Haus
• 7:30pm - 8:30pm
